Refreshment - Obey Your Thirst
Sometimes a draft can go on for many hours, you surely don't need to be experiencing dehydration. Bring a few cold ones to keep your thirst quenched. |

Nourishment
Unless you are lucky enough to have your draft at a restaurant then you probably want to be sure that you are not hungry or might
want to consider bringing easy snack foods. Don't plan on cutting up a steak while you are trying to concentrate on drafting. |

Internet Drafting Tips
Using the Internet in one way or another is the norm these days, so you may wish to keep the following in mind if you are Drafting from the Internet.
* 15 minutes before your draft, reboot your computer and make a fresh connection to
the Internet. This gives you the best chance of having the fewest problems or
disconnections.
* Try to find a private area in your house. If you have kids or a family be sure and
and send them away, maybe to the movies.
* Turn off any programs that might cause you distractions such as e-mail, chat, or
others. If you like the distraction then by all means let 'em run.
* Make sure you have your lists in place with your online league, many real time
drafting services offer this and it is great protection in case you have a major
computer or Internet failure. |
